It is important that you understand our processes before doing business with us. If you have any questions, please submit your questions to our Support page.
Our Right of Refusal states that we can decline a book edit request for any reason at any time at our discretion. If for any reason your request for editing is declined through no fault of your own, then you will be offered a refund of your deposit. However, if your requests go against our processes and requirements outlined in the service details, your refund request will be denied.
Refund requests must be submitted to our Support page before we confirm acceptance of your book for editing. Once accepted, the service is non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Once that refund has been fully processed on our end, if you have any further questions or concerns regarding your refund, please contact your card carrier.
Right of Refusal
House of Wrytagan reserves the right to decline any submission for any reason at our sole discretion. Submitting a manuscript for an editing does not guarantee that your manuscript will be assessed. If your request is declined, we are under no obligation to provide feedback, editorial critique, or justification for our decision.
